If I could give six stars, I would! Lorrie is an outstanding representative of Jos. A. Bank. She is extremely polite, very professional, and truly goes above and beyond to help customers. Jos. A. Bank is very lucky to have such a great employee like Lorrie. Excellent customer service all around!

Always great service. Sales reps are the best. Lorrie is the best manager ever. Ladies.... just because your guys shop here, you can to. If you want the most comfy socks and merino wool ... soft, might and warm .... and pima cotton sweaters.... this is where to get them. Speaking from experience. Y'all. Jos A Bank is the best.

Amazing service. Talked to Estrella a few minutes before closing (dress shirt emergency on my part!) She went above and beyond to help me find the perfect shirts. Great customer service is rare and I am now a permanent customer.

Lorrie at the Fresno location has always been such a wonderful pleasure to encounter. She is very patient, polite and helpful. She assisted me on multiple occasions with finding and purchasing suits, ties, shoes and cufflinks. She was especially patient and helpful when purchasing attire for myself and my groomsmen. I love this store! Bob and all of the others here are the best. The company has great clothes at reasonable prices and fantastic service. I've been coming to this store since it opened. Every piece of clothing for work that I own comes from Jos A Bank. Don't ever leave here! I won't have anyplace to get my clothes.
